Our story.
Our Approach
We strive to provide an inclusive and positive environment for kids and adults to learn aerial arts. Our focus is always on safety and we ensure that students feel supported and challenged throughout their aerial journey. By providing performance opportunities for students, we hope to build confidence and self-awareness. Come fly with us!
Our Story
High Expectations Aerial Arts was originally founded by Danielle Bayliss in 2014. Danielle recognized the opportunity to build an aerial arts school in the city of Memphis, TN, and transitioned the studio from a portable rig in her backyard to a warehouse location in the Broad Avenue Arts District.
In 2019, Sarah Christine Bolton took over management of the studio. Today, High Expectations continues to provide aerial arts classes to children, teens, and adults in a safe and encouraging environment. Our teachers have years of experience, and come from a wide range of movement backgrounds.
Our professional performance troupe provides custom-choreographed shows and routines, as well as ambient performances for events.
