Cancellation Policy

High Expectations does not offer refunds or credits for no-shows. Twenty four hours advance notice is required to cancel a group lesson or private lesson.

Group class sizes are small and if you cancel last minute you are taking a spot that could have gone to another student. For group class cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, the class will be forfeited. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will result in a credit to your account that can be used for a future class. For class series, cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the first class in the series. Refunds or credits will not be issued once the series has begun. 

We value our instructors and their time. If they arrive at the studio to teach your lesson, they deserve compensation. 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the lesson plus a $10 cancellation fee. The $10 fee will be waived if the class is rescheduled.
